The most important thing which influence the employee performance and happiness mainly depend on the working environment. Better working environment improves the productivity, reducing cost, reducing employee absenteeism and increase the profitability of the firm.

Maslow says that in
order to move the next level of needs should have to satisfy the prior level.
In this which explain the basic needs (the working environment for employees)
should have to fulfil accurately .without of physiological needs (the working
environment) we would not be able to move to other needs.
CONCLUSION
So above hierarchy explains that the working environment is more
important for employee performance in Apparel industry. Once we provide better
working conditions for employees their performance will get increased and lead
to higher turnover and productivity of the firm.
